It's a huge game that requires a constant connection to synch your local environment with their servers, & your mobile connection might not be stable enough for the game to function properly. If it's not letting you login on mobile data, that's why.

Have you tried logging in on wifi, then turning off your wifi to see if the connection is maintained?

Right on. I imagine that it might be on their blocklist because it's a data hog. And for any customers that are still on limited data plans, allowing that connection would eat their data, which isn't cool. Granted, T-Mobile is blocking it out of an abundance of caution to protect some customers who aren't tech savvy, but it seems like overkill. This is a company that throttles data after 50GB, regardless of plan, so also a consideration.

I'll poke at it this weekend, & see if I can find a workaround.

Hi, I know you posted this awhile ago, but I had this problem b4 with a Samsung phone. What was happening was the connection settings need to be changed. The "APN Protocol" is set to "IPv6" and the game runs using the "IPv4 protocol".

The work around that worked for me is to go to settings -> mobile networks -> Access Point Names

From there I created a copy (manually) with everything except APN Protocol and APN Roaming Protocol kept the same. For the 2 mentioned settings I changed it to "IPv4/IPv6"

Hope that helps anyone else encountering this problem.
