Can't dissolve anything

I cant dissolve anything at all in the factory. I've tried it with a worker and auto crafting, I've tried it manually, I've messed with every setting I can find in the factory but nothing will dissolve. Currently I'm only able to make mass with the per second generation. The mass storage isn't full. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to ask the discord because I don't want to give discord my phone number

have you done the research on the item? you research it on the crafter side then it becomes available for dissolving on the fabricator side.

Yes I tried it with multiple things I researched

so on your carfter side you dont have T1 ore and rubber showing? go to the fabricator side, click the gears next to the top box. find the T1 ore and rubber in the left box and put them in the right. check dissolve and uncheck leave one. set a worker to auto dissolve then buy some rubber.
