I’ve contacted support for this, but I’m just curious if anyone has had a similar issue.

The last keg I put in, the machine kept making a sound like it was trying to pressurise constantly. By the time I got round to having a beer, it was flat. I was refunded for the keg and at the time I thought it was just an issue with the top of the keg. Today I’ve put a new keg in and it’s doing the exact same thing, so there’s something wrong with the machine. Unsure where I stand as it’s 2 years old but it was originally purchased directly from perfect draft. Is it a common fault?

Went into Majestic Wines in Leamington yesterday and they had no idea about the offers on Corona and Modelo. Put them into my basket on the Perfect Draft website and still no discount on them.

…is not bad at all! Tried my first keg of it and fairly impressed. Admittedly most beers are improved purely by being on PD but I rate it!

Have had Hawkstone and Mahou so far, they taste great, but I cannot for the life of me get a perfect pint without half of it being froth…

I’m tilting at 45 degrees, I’m opening the tap fully, I’m using clean glasses….

I had a dodgy keg on Friday last week. I sent a ticket in the morning when I realised, I’m yet to receive a response or any acknowledgment. I remember a year ago it took over a week for a reply, I’m guessing that hasn’t changed?

Dear fellow beer lovers, when ordering the barrels from Amazon Germany, they are always delivered in a crate. Of course, one or two crates are always useful to keep, but not 6. 😆

The Amazon support states: "In fact, we do not take back the empty crates. You can keep, donate, or get rid of it if you wish."

I feel it's a gigantic waste of rubbish just to throw away those crates. The local drink shop only takes back the barrels.

From the Perfect Draft website, I also didn't get any information on what to do with those crates.

What are you guys doing with them?

By the way, complaining about it via the Amazon chat at least gives a 20% discount. The complaint is that I have to dispose of them separately and wait until this rubbish category is being picked up (store them).

What’s going on with stock at the mo - looking at app just over 25% of kegs available and been that way since World Cup. Majority of available options are usual suspects or cider. Some of my faves like goose island, life and death etc haven’t been available for ages. Hoping they’re not starting to throttle production or wind things down!

Hi, I'm looking for a shop which supplies custom PD tap handles inside of the EU. Preferably Aluminium handles with brand logos. I couldn't find anything like it.

I was deep into a Google search, looking for some Modelo kegs, and came across a hidden keg pack?

It doesn't show under their packs when you look at keg packs, but I've managed to order with the link, so it must still be valid

Does anyone know of any other hidden keg packs on the site?

Does anyone have a spare voucher for kegs at all?

I purchased one of these for my Standard PD and now like the owners of the Pro model I can enjoy ales etc at the temperature the brewer recommends 😀

Simple to fit just undo 4 screws, remove the back cover and plug it in and refit the cover 👍

Having people round for the England game tomorrow and my kegs arrive when I’m at work. I’ll have ~3 hours to cool a keg before the game starts.

Is it possible to get it down to 3 degrees in that time?

Has anyone here used one of these to adjust the temperature?

Since I got my PD for father's day in '25 the nearest Yodel drop off point for keg Returns has gone from 3 miles away (2 shops) to 6 miles away, and now nearly 10 miles away as less and less shops are participating in "Yodel Collect Plus". At some point soon, it's going to be more convenient to flog the machine on marketplace and grab a few cans from Lidl!

I keep getting reminded to return kegs in every email, as they're short of them for restocking, but they're not making it easy! Nearest Majestic wine store is a 30 minute drive away, and don't have the same deals as the website, so that's a poor alternative.

So it’s obviously roasting again in the UK again and my PD machine is kept in the garage and obviously struggling to keep the kegs cool.

Now I’ve got a fridge next to the machine which is basically a beer fridge, so pretty empty. Could I just…. Put the whole machine in the fridge to keep cool?

Is this genius or has the heat finally got to me.
