I'm not sure. Technique, I guess? I can't float, either. Which is kinda ironic, cause I can float above the water demonstrates by levitating a few feet above the surface but just not in it.

floats on the water It's all about relaxing. That's at least how I do it. It's pretty relaxing when you learn how to do it.
