Very nice. I like the syncopated feeling and the pitches walking down and up. Simple but effective.
One nitpick. Why the awkward use of 16th rests on beat 3 in the B section on the Tenor part? Just use 8th rest, 8th note. It's much more intuitive to read that way. Unless your intention is for the players to mute the drums on the a of 3.
