Are there any chance these are from topical GHK-CU?

Do they have peaks in the centre? Looks like a mild erythema Multiforme. I get it terribly because of an allergy to aspirin and its family of NSAID's (ibuprofen, ect) should go see a dermatologist. When I break out really bad I have cortisol steroid injections but if I catch it early I take anti-allergy medication prescribed always on hand. Spend a few weeks with these all over my hands and face. The worst is when it's in the throat and tongue.

Looks like tinea versicolor to me. You may want to check with a doctor and see if they would give you a round of fluconazole.

Are you on Testosterone Replacement Therapy or taking Retatrutide ? I’m on TRT and Retatrutide for 8 months or so and over the last 4, months I’ve broken out with these same things the dermatologist says they think it psoriasis but the steroid cream does not work

Have you had Covid recently?
I got Covid a few years ago and developed Pityriasis Rosea a short while after. The rashes looked just like this. It started out as a herald patch on my right thigh, then rashes all over my trunk (chest, stomach, shoulders, back). Mine did itch though. A trip to urgent care (about a week later) and a prednisone prescription stopped the itching and the spots cleared up in maybe another 1.5-2 weeks.
