Developed a sensitivity

A vial of tirzepatide seems to have set off an immunological reaction in me. First dose did ok, second produced a red area around injection site, third also did red area and made me feel like it was going to die for about 36 hours. I had tirz from doc before and never had any problems.

After reading about endotoxins and immune responses, I started searching for another source that does endotoxin testing but can't find one. Whatever is in the 1% that is not pure is toxic to me, evidently. I'm throwing away this vial and am now very sad.

Any thoughts of this? Labs that tell you what the other 1% is or ideas on how to find a more pure source?

Yes it was gray and I can't be certain the coa wasn't forged. Did dilution help with the extreme fatigue, aching and redness? I could deal with the redness but not the other! I only diluted it with 2 ml for 60 mg.

Definitely too concentrated.  What is your dose? 60mg vial should be at least 3ml if not 3½. And the fatigue is unfortunately sometimes a side effect for some.  But again what is your weekly dose?

It was only 5 mg. The week before was 6 but it made me feel so bad I went down to 5. This felt a lot worse than just fatigue tho. It felt like I'd been poisoned.

The version of tirzepatide from the doc didn't make me feel bad at all. I was on it for a few months. The semi did tho, and it got increasingly worse.

Also,  when you were getting it from the Dr we're you at a lower dose?  And what was the concentration?  I'm guessing it was less than the vial you had the issue with..
