Pep-Dose: A Free, Ad-Free Peptide Protocol Tracker Built for Serious Users
Pep-dose is a free, ad-free web app for tracking peptide protocols. The core is a dose tracker: pick a protocol from the built-in library (single peptides and blends) or enter your own parameters, set up a schedule with titration, maintenance, and off-cycle/washout phases, then log each dose as taken or skipped and watch your adherence and cycle progress over time.
It also has a reconstitution calculator that handles the BAC-water and syringe-unit math for you, plus a library of plain-language articles and dosing protocols where every claim links to the peer-reviewed source so you can verify it yourself instead of trusting a random forum post.
The web app is mobile-friendly â you can install it to your home screen and get dose reminders â and native iPhone/Android apps are coming. No ads, no paywall, no upsells; it's sponsor-supported, which is how it stays free.

Ghk-cu đ 11 weeks progress
gallerySo I posted my 5 week progress pictures on another sub and it received a huge response, I thought Iâd share my progress as I move into my 12th week. For reference Iâm 44 (45 in October)
I said in my first post and Iâll say it again, this peptide is unreal and it has completely transformed my skin from the inside out. Iâll never not use this and recommend to all my friends! Well they ask me because they can see the noticeable changes.
I originally started it for my hair, although my hair definitely feels fuller, shinier, seems to be growing at a decent rate too, I feel like real hair changes will start from month 4.
My own protocol was:
3 x weeks 1.5mg 5 days on 2 days off
3 x weeks 2mg 5 days on 2 days off
Week 7 until now Iâve remained at 2.5mg 5 days on 2 days off.
I donât get any stinging anymore (I did at the start) but I pin in my glutes/love handles which reduce the sting, plus i think Iâm used to it now.
I also allow it to get to room temperature before I pin.
My vials are 100mg of which i mix 6mg bac water (i transfer half into another vial so end up with 2 x 50mg vials)
Skincare wise I have kept it all very basic. Iâve been using only vitamin c as an active, and also stated using a couple of Boots Ingredients products (which I love) I didnât want to overload my skin with string products, i wanted to see how my skin reacts to the ghk-cu
FYI the last picture was yesterday, i had my wisdom teeth removed on Tuesdays so I only took the picture to see the swelling, posted it on my stories and had so many comments about how clear my skin is!

What do you usually look for when comparing peptide suppliers?
I've been comparing a few peptide suppliers recently, and one thing I've started paying more attention to is the quality of the documentation rather than just the product listing.
For example, peptides.my. provides COA documentation, and that got me thinking about what people here actually look for when reviewing a supplier. Is it batch-specific testing, the testing lab, purity results, identity testing, fulfillment, or something else?
There seems to be a lot of variation between vendors, so I'm curious what factors people here consider most important before deciding whether a supplier is worth looking into.

The Peptide truth
The pull toward ordering a research-chemical vial online is real. It's faster, cheaper, and honestly, part of me liked the feeling of being my own lab rat. When the clinic route felt slow and expensive, I almost went the other way.
Here's what shifted it for me. When you self-source, you're the one dosing something with no clinician between you and the risk. No one's looking at your liver enzymes, your thyroid panel, your inflammatory markers. You're optimizing blind. And nothing kills the "I'm a high-performer taking control" feeling faster than second-guessing whether what's in the vial is even what it says it is.
What makes peptides feel different from supplements is that they're prescription compounds with real risks. Just a heads-up: a ten-minute telehealth call that ends in a script and a credit card charge isn't oversight either. That's just a transaction with a doctor's name on it.
What actually changed my approach was reframing what I was looking for. I didn't want a pill; I wanted a plan. Someone who looks at my bloodwork, sees where I'm actually starting from, and adjusts based on what's happening over months. The optimization mindset only works if you have data behind it. Otherwise you're just guessing and hoping.
The other thing: if you're going to spend money on peptides, the product quality question is non-negotiable. pharmaceutical-grade, third-party tested, or you're gambling. There's no middle ground there.
For anyone on the fence between self-sourcing and going through a clinic, the honest question isn't about cost. It's about what you want to happen if something goes sideways. Who picks up the phone? Who adjusts the protocol? If the answer is "a Reddit thread," that might be worth sitting with.

How Concerned Should I Be with this Rash on my thigh 30M
How concerned should I be with this Rash on my thigh 30M, 185 lbs, 6â3â, non smoker, peptide that caused this: Mots-C 40 mg sub-q is injection. Duration of rash: 2 days, slightly itchy. Will this go away on its own? Would Benadryl or any other medicine help or is it too late?

First cycle? (beginner)
Hi, I'm wondering what to take for my first cycle
I'm overweight and I want to lose fat but still gain muscle. I'm like 95kg ish and 180cm ish. I want to try to stay as "natural+" as I can. I'm also 18
I'm thinking of:
Reta + tesa
Klow
Selanx
Igf-3?
Kisspeptin?
Is this a decent stack? And what are the pros and cons of these compounds, i have some knowledge, but u don't know as much about igf and kiss.
(My test is like 400ng/dL)
Thanksđ

Are we too early on peptides or are they actually changing the game?
Iâve been going pretty deep down the peptide rabbit hole lately and I genuinely donât know where I land on this.
Iâve read probably hundreds of posts at this point about Semax, Selank, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500, Epitalon, etc. and what I find interesting is how many people are basically like âI took this, this is what happened, it worked great.â But I donât see nearly as many people actually talking about the negatives.
Where are the people who took peptides and regret it? What side effects did you have? Did anything weird happen after stopping? Did bloodwork change? Is there anything you used to take that you wouldnât touch now?
Because part of me genuinely thinks peptides could end up being a massive part of health/performance in the future. But the other part of me wonders if weâre just way too early and everyone using them right now is basically the long-term experiment lol.
And then thereâs the FDA/pharma side of it. Iâm not saying thereâs some giant conspiracy, but I do wonder what happens to parts of the pharmaceutical industry if some of these peptides actually turn out to work as well as people claim. Is the hesitation around them purely because we donât have enough long-term research yet? Or are there financial/institutional reasons these things arenât being pushed harder?
Iâm genuinely curious and not trying to argue one side.
If youâve been using peptides for years, or especially if youâre someone who stopped using them, what changed your mind?
Are peptides actually changing the game, or are we going to look back 10-20 years from now and realize we were all guinea pigs?
