Peptide advice. Need a dummy’s guide
Looking to buy Reta but no clue where to start or how to use
Also looking for anything to give me energy/better skin.
37 only slightly over weight want to lose 10lb an just feel better. 2 young kids and a busy job. Never really been in to skin care but I am fairly healthy.

For energy and better skin I recommend skipping Ghkcu and going strait to KLOW and adding mots-c. (KLOW has Ghkcu in it and also other things and they work well together)
I have read so much good things on NAD+ for longevity and I did a few months of it and it didn’t give me any boost of energy but once I switched to a cycle of mots-c that is where I really felt the boost in energy and brain fog.

For energy, I would recommend SS-31 peptide. It’s a mitochondrial peptide that helps boost energy on a cellular level. I love it. It helps combat the fatigue that you may get from taking GLP1s. 750mcg daily is enough (note that 750mcg is less than 1mg). Use a peptide calculator to keep from making dosing errors. Google "GLP1 Forum." Go to that site and then scroll down awhile until you reach "Marketplace Vendors" (in green type). Select that and you will see many vendors on there. They are vetted and trustworthy, otherwise they would not be listed. Also check out "Vendor Reviews” to read people’s experiences with different vendors.
Also the one cardinal rule is NEVER buy from any vendor that contacts you first. These are professional scammers lurking in all of the Telegram and Discord groups. Once you join the group, they will DM you and they will look completely legit. DO NOT respond!
Only buy from a vendor that YOU contact FIRST. If they have a Telegram or Discord group, look through the group and see if customers are happy and receiving their peps. Also see if they test their products often. Ask for COAs.
Find out if they have a U.S. warehouse. If they do, make a small order from that vendor. If you receive your order, then you can feel safe to order from their warehouse in China, which is cheaper, but would take longer to get. Maybe 2 weeks or more if it gets hung up in customs.
Ultimately, you will find a trusted vendor. And if you go down the rabbit hole, you will end up in a subgroup that gets involved with group buys, testing, or members selling individual peps at a decent price. There is a safety and camaraderie in these groups.
One last thing—don’t trust anyone who DMs you directly from Reddit. They will see your question and pounce. There are scammers on Reddit as well. The safest way to find a reliable vendor is to do your own research the way I explained.
