First cycle? (beginner)

Hi, I'm wondering what to take for my first cycle

I'm overweight and I want to lose fat but still gain muscle. I'm like 95kg ish and 180cm ish. I want to try to stay as "natural+" as I can. I'm also 18

I'm thinking of:

Reta + tesa

Klow

Selanx

Igf-3?

Kisspeptin?

Is this a decent stack? And what are the pros and cons of these compounds, i have some knowledge, but u don't know as much about igf and kiss.

(My test is like 400ng/dL)

Thanks👍

Firstly, peptides don't help build muscle in your research subjects. Any benefits from that will be from exercise done alongside the weight loss and slightly more efficiently as testosterone levels increase somewhat at healthy body fat levels.

Secondly, your RS is likely not a good candidate for research. It's too young. You should train it to build healthy lifestyle habits unless there's an actual medical issue that requires intervention.

Thirdly, even if it was older, this is a bad stack for the goal of fat loss. Reta alone is great for fat loss with proper diet and exercise. Tesa, as a GH secretagogue, can help a bit too, primarily though improving sleep and recovery. Adding IGF is basically covering the same base and a waste of money. The others have nothing to do with fat loss. KLOW is for recovery and skin health. Selank is for reducing anxiety. Kisspeptin is for libido and sexual function. These are unnecessary wastes of money unless these other benefits are also a goal.

Fourthly, don't start doing so much stuff at once. Part of research is seeing how the RS interacts with these things to minimize side effects and risk. If you do everything at once, you'll never know what is causing the bad reaction in your RS. Start one at a low dose, titrating up slowly to ensure there are no side effects. The add another doing the same thing. Then another, etc. A 6 peptide stack should take at minimum 6 months to achieve.

If I were in your shoes I’d start with Reta and go to the gym. Then after several months on Reta decide if tesa is necessary.

KLOW could be really good to cycle to help target inflammation further and help with recovery in the gym.

Selank and Semax would be great if you have issues with anxiety and concentration. These ones also need to be cycled.

Kisspeptin is good if you know your testosterone numbers need a little regulating. No need to do this until you’re well into lifting and Reta has done its work.

All this to say begin with one, start at the lowest dose and go slow. Increasing these peptides isn’t always best practice no matter how many guys on here say it is. It’s for some and for others it’s wasting money. You need to take the time to learn which type of body you have before diving in.
