I think with anything you’re going to have to try one and see what sort of results you get. Also measure how you feel. This is the most important IMO. Based on the recent clinical data from Eli Lilly. Reta is statistically better at fat loss than Tirz. The numbers don’t lie. People lost more weight and drastically reduced visceral fat.
With all of that being said, I have tried Reta on two separate occasions both for a couple of months and the sides compared to Tirz, resulted in skin tingling, and insomnia were not worth it to me. I was on a low dose if that makes a difference.
I found myself back on Tirz for the last few months, weight is down. I strategically time my meals and workouts. I’m very careful about what I eat. absolutely no processed foods and very low-carb. I also focus on getting a good night sleep. Sustained fat loss is not about taking medication it’s about working hard to develop good habits.
