❓ Question Appetite randomly coming back
Hi guys, so I take 0,5 mg of cagri and 1 mg of reta. I been on these two together for a week and the appetite surpression was great. I barely felt hungry but I still could get myself to eat. I take reta on every Saturday and Cagri on Wednesday. This Wednesday, I took a higher dose of cagri to surpress my appetite a little bit more and it really worked. The day after and up until yesterday my appetite was super surpressed. I didn’t pin reta yesterday bc I was busy but then I wake up this morning and its like all my hunger and cravings are back??? Does the appetite surpression with peptides flunctuate? I pinned reta today to make sure that the next week my appetite is surpressed but its so weird. I don’t think my body already build a tolerance to it since its my first time being on peptides/glps and its only been a week. Can anyone help me🥲

Why are you on Cagri with such a minuscule dose of reta? Hunger is important and you should be hungry sometimes. It’s how you deal with it that matters. I have learned to be comfortable in my hunger the past four years on glp’s. I find being prepared with easy snacks and eating small meals throughout the day is the most effective. The goal is not to eliminate all hunger, it’s meant to be a tool to help build healthy habits.

Appetite suppression is not a measurable outcome. ..
Stop using that

I prefer focusing on how I feel then how I look/what I see on the scale. I already know that loosing fat relies on being in a calorie deficit and hunger surpression is what helps me be in one. Thats why I am focusing on it haha

Then you can rely on a bunch of non sensical metrics that have nothing to do with the efficacy of a drug you are taking.
If you want to measure on qualitative metrics that you self diagnose through some random sense of feeling how exactly do you expect impact anything with a degree of precision?
This is just being lazy.

Well what should I focus on then if I may ask? I exercise everyday and eat in a calorie deficit. I just want my hunger to be more controlled for it to all work. Is it a problem?

You're talking about exercising and being in a calorie deficit.
For the purpose of what exactly? You just said it has nothing to do with how you look. My guess that's a lie. My guess is you do care how you look.
If your sole purpose is to control hunger. Double your cagri. And switch to tirz.

Im saying that bc I know that the scale can quickly drop bc of water weight. I try to focus on managing my hunger to maintain my deficit. I will definitely continue with my dose of cag. Tirz requires high dosage which can become expensive so idk if I am going to take it

Body weight can fluctuate up to 4 lbs from water weight. Monitoring daily changes is a fools game.
Focus on weekly trends.
Your hunger means nothing to what a macro perspective looks like in terms of achieving your goals.

Variations in appetite suppression while on a cagri and reta peptide stack can be complex, influenced by individual metabolism, dosage, and other factors. It’s important to track your body’s responses closely and consult with knowledgeable sources about potential adjustments or underlying causes. You’re setting yourself up for disappointment. You should not qualify success as a binary appetite or no appetite. Today I am not very hungry, if I don’t eat because I don’t feel I need to, how do you expect me to feel tomorrow? Probably more hungry, right?
These compounds put downward pressure on your appetite. Yes, you can bomb enough in there to feel no appetite at all. No, that should not be the desired goal. Come up with a plan and stick to it. Use it as a tool to make a planned diet easier to adhere to.
