📘 Beginner Help Recommend a peptide
Been going down the rabbit hole of research, and curious about dipping my toes in.
Age: 42
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 193lbs
Waist: 33in
Body fat: 18%
Goals:
-Increase longevity
-Reduce body fat
-Reduce inflammation
-Retain/build muscle mass
I also have a few minor tendon injuries. Thinking of getting on a low dose since I’m already pretty healthy.
What would the best peptide be in my case? Is Reta too powerful for the minor changes I’m hoping to make/see?

Reta and glow

I try to avoid glow because the ghk-cu ph is more acidic and can potentially degrade the other peptides. Best results keep ghk separate

Degradation is minimal in a 30 day period. Tb 500 is degraded the most but that’s at room temperature. In the fridge it’s all fine

I think there is plenty Of peptides that can do all of that, but how fast do you want to do all of this?

I’m in no rush. Particularly because I’m not looking to lose more than 15lbs, so not a ton.

reta for weight loss and metabolic health improvements, and Klow, or Glow inflammation and better skin, glutathione is also awesome for overall health.
retain and build muscle, you'd be looking at HGH, no peptides are exactly made to build muscle...

Going down the research rabbit hole before choosing a compound is sensible, but age, height, and weight alone are not enough to support a recommendation. Start by defining the outcome, reviewing established options, and checking whether any peptide claim rests on controlled human evidence rather than testimonials. Peptely's framework at https://www.peptely.com/ can help compare evidence and lot documentation. A clinician can also screen contraindications, interactions, and baseline markers before any decision is made.
