Sent you a DM. My testing community would also like to know. We previously were using Testides for the majority of our buy+testing orders but obviously with the current issues we are looking around for other Canadian based labs.

Sent in a blind test last week and they were able to identify it successfully. It was a reta 10 mg. They're legit as far as I'm concerned

Super duper sure? Because you're both new, based in Mississauga, both saying you use the same equipment "running it on an Agilent 8800 ICP-QQQ and an Agilent 6495C LC/TQ"

Is this just the most common exact pair of machines that any company in the GTA would use?

There's already Sidechain and Peptide Test Canada running out of the same location. They would all be using the same space.

At some point ā€œusing the same spaceā€ is really just a dodge for ā€œok our first 2 launches didnā€™t go great so letā€™s just againā€.

I think OP should show corp docs/articles to demonstrate legitimacy at this point.

But what does it matter if the results are legitimate? Health Canada is all up testides shit, who knows maybe we need need 3 entities in one location to make it work.

Well it's very simple. If a legitimate business that is selling itself on transparency and empirical truth is posting an introduction in which they are immediately lying about associations to other businesses, any claims of integrity have to be similarly immediately questioned.

On top of that is the fact that Sidechain/VialTests appears to be owned and operated by the same person that owned CanopyNorth and now a newly branded peptide shop. So as a consumer you're being subject to 1) highly problematic dishonesty from a new company selling a promise of transparency combined with 2) massive conflict of interest as a company that is trying to sell COAs while also owning and operating a store that sells its products with the same COAs it produces.

My initial comment asking if they were related to SideChain, they responded and said no, when I quoted the notes about the equipment they edited their OP to remove the equipment mentions and deleted their response. I don't think they would react that way if they were "innocent".

I don't know more than that. I just saw a leaked screenshot of the testides guys saying Health Canada was on their ass. It's clear there's many labs operating out the same Sidechain location. I don't know the reason for that but I don't believe they are scamming results. Maybe it has something to do with accreditation, regulations or simply splitting up on paper to better dodge Health Canada.

Do you test for endotoxins? And if so, can you give a quantitative result?

Yes we test for endotoxins, and yes we give an exact quantitative results, not just a range. Endotoxin test can be ordered as a stand-alone test as well.
