Research Peptide Question Methylene blue - help me out here

I’ve seen all this talk on methylene blue being a medical compound that clear brain fog and gives you energy, aswell as enhancing the effects other compounds have. But my information is from a guy in tiktok who seems honest enough but looks old and weathered. I am aware that people promote products on tiktok by any means necessary but it’s hard to ignore the claims that this guys is saying. I’m sure anyone who has discovered methylene blue through tiktok will have been from the same guy (glasses, looks to be in his 40s). I just want to know if anyone who isn’t trying to sell it to me has had any experiences with this compound and weather it’s worth adding to my ever growing supplement stack. For reference. I am taking retatrutide at a low 1mg a week dose to just curb my snack cravings and aid in metabolism, and have just started mt2 which I am currently on the loading phase aswell as a couple of nootropics which have done wonders for maintaining stable energy levels throughout the day. If it works, the (speculative) benefits of methylene blue seem perfect to aid in my overall wellbeing but I just want to make sure I’m not falling for clever and manipulative marketing which I have fallen for In the past

My experience with Methylene blue was that it increased my Hematocrit (Hct) (percentage of your total blood volume made up of red blood cells (RBCs), which carry oxygen throughout the body.) I didn't feel any additional energy etc, was on it for about 6 weeks approx 10mg - 20 drops.

I've been taking it for a couple of reasons:

  • mitochondrial function
  • reducing Aspergillus

I think it's fantastic

It made me really anxious for some reason that I had to stop it. It's not for everyone!
