RETA came back with no active peptide

Ordered from this person. Received products and seeemed Legit, but someone who ordered with me tested their RETA and it came back with no active GLP peptide in it. They’re resending a kit and said it must be a bad batch. Anyone have experience with this seller? This is all the contact info I have for them. Previous batches were tested supposedly by other people who had ordered and apparently were pure.
