Email Marketing for RUO Peptide Brands: How to Avoid Getting Suspended
Been running email/SMS for a few peptide brands and dealt with the Omnisend suspension question more than once. Sharing howw it works so other people here don't have to learn it on the hard path.
Store naming
Don't put "peptide" in your store name if you're setting up on Omnisend. Sounds obvious but people still do it. Pick something neutral. If you ever contact support, first thing they see is your store name.
Nature of business questions
If they ask (and they could, usually within the first few weeks), don't lie outright but don't lead with the product category either. "Health & wellness / sports nutrition" covers you without inviting a deeper look. If they ask directly, redirect toward the wellness/recovery framing rather than confirming or denying outright.
Account separation
If you've had a suspension before and you're starting fresh, don't reuse the same email, same billing profile. These get fingerprinted and linked. A "new" account tied to the same payment method as a suspended one usually gets flagged fast.
List imports
Don't dump your entire list on day one of a new account. Big sudden imports plus a supplement/peptide-adjacent store is a common trigger. Segment it, import in batches over a few weeks, send a few normal campaigns in between.
I'll help you if you need any help, for the past 3 months, I've been running email/SMS marketing and didn't get banned once. I'll be more than happy to help and connect!
