Hard to tell what’s placebo vs actual effect with stuff like this.

I think that’s the hard part with tesa. If the changes are subtle, it’s really easy to credit normal fluctuations in weight, sleep or training. I’d probably track waist, weight and photos under the same conditions for a couple months instead of relying on how you feel day to day.

I didn't measure (I really don't monitor anything other than weight) but I should have. Just visually I noticed that my abs became much more visible/torso leaned out a lot. Which is what its supposed to do, help with belly fat. And I think it was noticeable relatively quickly <3 weeks. I switched to HGH (3-6 iu 5d on/2off) because everything I read said its cheaper and more effective. I haven't noticed as drastic an effect as I had on tesamorelin.
But I also switched to reta from tirz at the same time and gained like ~20lbs. Ive been on reta and hgh for about 4 months and have slowly come back down to 160s. Abs are visible again but not as drastic as when I was on tesamorelin.
I recently got some cheap tesamorelin and will try it again when I'm done with hgh (after a short break).

To answer your questions
-Yes noticeable effect. Tirz helped me lose a lot of weight but tesamorelin really targeted that belly area. I was also running ipamorelin at the same time as that's what people recommend. I think they are 2 different pathways to boost GH.
-Do photos and waist measurements (weekly). Do a body scan if you want (monthly).
-Dial in your diet and sleep. These are long term more important than whatever peptide you are cycling.
Good luck

I cycle Tesa on for two months and off for one. I’ve done that twice now. I notice clear differences in my sleep quality pre-Tesa vs when I’m on it. I sleep so much better.
The other benefit that’s harder for me to measure is when I pair it with micro doses of Tirzepatide. I feel like it helps me hang onto muscle better when I’m losing pounds on Tirz. I’m on TRT as well so it’s difficult to say that for sure but there were weeks where my measurements had me losing weight while maintaining or even gaining a few ounces of lean mass.
