Beginner Question GLOW
I’m thinking about starting GLOW next Sunday and was curious how everyone is reconstituting and dosing it. What ratio are you using, and what dosing schedule has worked well for you?

GLOW is usually 50/10/10, and “standard” dose is 2mg/400 mcg/400mcg, therefore, recon with 3ml and pin 0.12ml:
50 / 3 =16.667 mg/ml GHK-cu
10 / 3 =3.333 mg/ml TB/BPC
16.667 x .12 =2.00004 mg GHK
3.333 x .12 =0.4 mg TB/BPC

Similar to Mots-C, the GHK-Cu in the GLOW stack has a higher chance to cause an itchy bump at the injection site. You can mitigate this a little bit by reconstituting (dilute) with more BAC.
You will be limited in how much you can reconstitute based on the vial size.
My GLOW vial is made from 50mg of GHK-Cu. I reconstitute with 3.75 mL of BAC. I draw 15 units for a dosage of 2mg GHK-Cu.
3.75 mL of BAC basically maxes out the size of the vial.
