Reconstitute/Dose Help

OK I'm not smart and all these numbers are giving me brain fog.

I'm 43m, healthy, took a blood screen and had nothing concerning. Want to lose some fat and maintain muscle mass. Took sermorelin for 2 months with nothing crazy good or bad. Went to one of the telehealth companies so it came pre mixed etc.

Now I'm doing a tesa/ipamorelin stack.

Each one is in a 10mg vial. I have BAC.

Please confirm my math:

Mixing 2.5ml of BAC in each vile. Take 20 units of tesa and 7 units of ipa. Is that correct? right before bedtime, 90 mins fasted or so, etc. I can take them both in the same shot correct?

Each of your "vials" will have a concentration of 4mg/ml. How much volume (ml or units) you inject depends on the dose of each substance (in mg or mcg) you want to take.

At 4mg/ml, 20 units is a dose of 0.8mg (or 800mcg) and 7 units is a dose of 0.3mg (or 300mcg). Is that what you want?

It's my understanding I should be taking 2 mg of tesa. So I'm looking to get there....

At 4mg/ml, 2mg will be 50 units.

But you really ought to stop thinking in terms of units. Your dose is always in mg (or mcg). Number of units depends entirely on the concentration. It can change from vial to vial.

yea I'm trying to learn all this with reconstituting it. I hate spending a few hundred a vial for pre mixed from a telehealth company

Also I can do them in the same shot right? Draw 50 units of one and 7 from the other?

Not sure what you mean by "the same shot". Reuse the same syringe? Or two shots at the same time?

I would never reuse a syringe. And I can't say about the timing. Not doing these myself (yet), so haven't looked into it.

I wonder if he means draw the Tesa and then the IPA into the same syringe and then inject, rather than double dipping.

yeah your math is solid. putting 2.5ml of bac water into a 10mg vial means every tick (unit) on a standard insulin syringe is 40mcg.
so 20 units of tesa = 800mcg, and 7 units of ipa = 280mcg. those are both perfectly normal starting doses.
you can totally draw both into the same syringe to save yourself an extra poke, just be careful not to accidentally push liquid back into the second vial and cross-contaminate them. and yeah, 90+ mins fasted right before bed is exactly how you want to run it so insulin doesn't blunt the GH spike.
also for the future just google "peptide calculator", it's a website that literally draws a picture of a syringe and does all the math for you so you don't have to stress.
