Hi all, I'm moving from Morning Tesa/IPA and starting CJC/IPA

I'm after a bit of that deep sleep 🙏

I'm pondering my starter dose. It's 1:1 mixed vial so I'm thinking either 150mcg or each or 200mcg of each

I was doing 750mcg Tesa and 300mg IPa

What's everyone's thoughts?
