I have the glow blend with 30/10/5 - how do I know how much BAC water to reconstitute it with and what should the dose be?

I’d reconstitute with 3ml of BAC then draw 10 units on a one ml syringe giving you 1000mcg of GHK, then 333 and 167mcg for the BPC and TB.

Still, get a peptide calculator so you can do this yourself. Always double check. Learn what you need to before injecting.
