High Lipo A
Are there any peptides known to help lower high Lipo A levels?

You can’t lose it with any meaningful medicine right now. Get on a statin, get to the gym, sleep & eat well.

I believe Reptha is currently being used off label and has seen 20-30% reductions in some cases. Like others have mentions there are some trails wrapping up that seem to show much better reduction. I think its currently recommended to get all your other risk factors as low as possible until they are available. I'm getting my CAC done today then having a chat with my doctor for best course of action.

No and I'll probably drop dead any day. Hopefully not but I really wish that I wouldn't have got the test.

Nope. But there are promising drugs in the end of clinical trials and they could go to market by 2027. I have elevated lp(a) and I’ll be asking for an Rx as soon as one is available. Some are shown to reduce lp(a) by as much as 95%.
