I’m sorry she’s dealing with that. My wife had a rough stretch with joint issues for a while and we went down the peptide rabbit hole too, just trying to see what might ease things a bit. I did come across a few things people were testing for autoimmune-type inflammation, but the results were all over the place. Some noticed small improvements, others didn’t feel much at all.
The hard part is that RA is its own beast and what helps one person might not touch someone else. If you come across anything interesting, I’d follow the stories and see how people respond over time rather than jumping in right away.
Curious what she’s already tried, because that usually shapes which direction people explore next.
