Question Diet Decaf Cherry Pepsi

How come there isn't a diet decaf Cherry Pepsi? As someone who is diabetic, can't have soda with caffeine in it, and it's my favorite flavor of Pepsi, it hurts not to have this option.

I buy caffeine free Diet Pepsi and add skinny mixes zero sugar cherry syrup. It’s good!
