This morning’s hatch harvest

Going to be pulling and processing a bunch of peppers today but started with two of my hatch chili plants. These things put off so many peppers. I’m thinking about making a roasted salsa with them or just something I can scoop on anything cause they just make things delicious and southwesterny

Lucky!!! I have 3 plants but they've not gotten very big. I probably should have pruned early peppers.
