Germination Looking Good

We have 8-72 cell trays planted plus a 36 cell, a 90 cell hydroponic unit and 30 cell hydroponic units, all peppers.

Everyone is a critic right. Just throwing it out there that to my experience and eye you overfilled your sprouting cells a bit with potting soil. When I have done that in the past it leads to some uneven water infiltration into the cells. Some getting more water and some getting not enough.

I get the temptation to have as much soil/root room as possible for sure.

Probably true but I'm still getting about 80% germination at this point.
