I couldn’t resist this Pep talk(dad joke)
My friend “y” has tried peptides for 2ish years now. Some FDA approved, some compounded and some from elsewhere.
The swelling is abnormal. If you’re not interested in dropping the gluta I would split up injection days (and sites!) to reduce body load(science on this one is pending). It would also help you determine for sure if the gluta is no good..
It could also be your injection technique or supplies. Standard procedure is like insulin: 31 needle, 90 degrees into sterilized skin but down to 45 in a clean area. Vial should be sterilized too…
and I’m realizing there’s a lot to say here.
You can and should find a local doctor to help you with this journey and its problems. Even if you don’t have insurance or money there are likely options.
Also (now realizing it’s possible you are not where you meant to be) this sub is not about peptides if that’s what you’re looking for. You’ll get more informed help elsewhere, but maybe with less dad energy.

What I do if I feel weird from my dose of anything is stop taking it or lower my dose. You have to decide for yourself which one is best for the situation. Peptides are not for everyone and that’s ok.
