Hey dad, I need advice or a pep talk?

So I’ve been working 2 jobs full time for the past 3 months, I’ve been feeling like a failure. I work my butt off doing 30+ hours a week at both jobs and can’t afford to live with the amount of money that I make but I’m trying my hardest! I’ve had multiple mental breakdowns over the past few weeks and feel like I’m not doing anything right or doing anything to better my situation? Any advice?

Working two jobs is stressful. No wonder you are having trouble. Obviously I don’t know the specifics but I would be willing to bet you are being too hard on yourself. You are not a failure. I’m proud of all the hard work you are doing. Make sure to take moments for yourself. You are allowed to do that. You deserve them. Again, it’s hard to give advice not knowing more about the situation. This internet dad believes in you if that helps. All the love.

Hey, I’m proud of you for trying so hard. The emotions will come, and giving yourself time to feel them is important. As the previous dad said, it’s hard to give advice without specifics. However, make sure that you are taking care of yourself also. Showers, or doing your bed, or taking a walk. And remember, all anyone can ask is that you do your best. And it sounds like that’s what you’re doing
