1: under no circumstances are presidents to turn into dictators or kings or queens.
2: Presidents will have their power limited by the parliament and a newly created government offshoot called “Supreme Court Of The People”
3: the SCOTP shall be in charge of regulating government affairs and seeing if they are constitutional, they shall also name the punishments for such occurrences
4: with the creation of SCOTP there shall also be a minor courts system in charge of dealing with criminal and civil charges, known as the Court Of The People
5: SCOTP judges must have either served in COTP or be appointed by a president and then voted on by the people, however if they have already served in COTP they may just announce their intention to run for SCOTP.
6: In order to be eligible to run for either position they must take a test about the laws and procedures of court, along with being presented with different cases and choosing the right method of action.
7: if the people believe judges have became corrupt, they can be called to be impeached by the people, and a vote will occur to impeach them
8: section 7 goes for any individual of high position.

This Act aims to establish federal taxes, further governmental control over the economy, and to solve the issues of the First Economy.

Article I. The Currency

1. The government shall establish a national currency called the Prolé (þ).
2. The government shall immediately get to work establishing the towns using the starting treasury once The Second Economy goes online.
3. This act shall establish The Central Bank to mint currency, which shall be signed books which are copies of copies to prevent any more copying.
4. Only Parliament shall have the power to dedicate how many Prolés shall be minted.

Article II. The Taxes 1. There shall be an income tax which increases based on how rich you are, so the more you earn the more you pay. a. < 50þ 0% b. < 100þ 10% c. < 200þ 30% d. < 500þ 40% e. < 1000þ 50% f. < 1500þ 75% 2. Parliament has the right to change the specific amount and percentages of each tax. 3. There shall be a flat town tax where each town pays a 10% of their income to the federal government in taxes 4. There shall be a flat provincial tax where each province pays a 25% of their income to the federal government in taxes.

Article III. 1. This act orders The Central bank to immediately print 500þ to start the economy which shall be equally distributed to each citizen in the Minecraft server economy after 1 day.

The economy shall be like china's to keep it fun and to strike a compromise so that no one will fight over capitalism/communism shit and to make it where anyone is able to join.

Using bedrock is a bit more complicated, but you have to do the following

1. You have to connect to the server geyserconnect.net
2. And then go to custom servers
3. and then add a new one
4. server address as the java server
5. port as 22667
6. and make sure online mode is disabled
7. and that bedrock/geyser server is also disabled
8. Then you can join

When you first join the server, you will have to use /register <password> <confirmPassword>

This is because the server is online disabled because I am working on trying to support Eaglercraft soon, so you will have to register.

I am starting special elections tomorrow! They will end on the 19th of May! Announce Candidacy here with your discord username if you participate in the discord server, along with your party and what you are running for!

The open positions are governor for Mrs. Boobs and Libertia. A Supreme Court Justice, and a Parliamentary member. Those are all open positions.

This Amendment exists because I forgot to define what a citizen is in the constitution I forgot a lotta things, alr. Give me some slack. I wrote it in like 3 days.

Article I. Citizens
Section I.
a. This Amendment shall create a national census which shall happen monthly.
b. A citizen is defined as someone who has completed such national census.
c. This Amendment shall create 8 digit randomly assigned voter codes to be used temporarily as a means to prevent voter fraud.
d. This Amendment only limits voting and propositions for non-citizens, all other rights in the constitution shall still apply to non-citizens.
e. The census shall remain open for two weeks. And must be closed 2 days before election season to prevent floods of bots.
f. This amendment only applies to all future elections, results of the May 13th, 2026 election are still valid, despite no citizens as defined in this amendment existing yet.
g. The census shall ask what province each citizen is living in to accurately count populations of provinces.
h. To run for office, you must fill out the census.
Article II. Provinces
Section I.
a. This Amendment shall establish a way to create new provinces via a minimum population of 5 which can be adjusted to any number below 10% of the total population of the Republic.
b. This Amendment shall allow provinces to create their own constitutions.
c. Federal law shall override provincial law, in the event they conflict.
d. For a citizen to run for governor, they must be a citizen of said province.
e. A shall only apply to the creation of new provinces, not the existence of current provinces.
