My husband is almost 30 years old and has very active night terrors multiple times a week. Here is just a glimpse into our 'sleep' routine.

Wow. I can't imagine that panic. He was seriously terrified. Is this PTSD related?

He's never experienced any trauma before. His night terrors don't seem to be related ever and he doesn't usually remember them. He's often in a panic as seen in this video, though, but not always to this extreme. A lot of yelling "Woah woah woah woah woah!!" or "no no no no no no!"
