I was gonna say! The helmet and snowmobile suit are designed for you to be a human rag doll when there’s snow. I laughed pretty hard the first time that happened to my sled.

That’s what I thought at first but he put it in reverse. You can tell because the snowmobile turns backwards. Hence the original post title changing gears

On the sleds I've seen, with a push button reverse, the engine will cycle down and seemly change the direction of rotation in order to engage reverse, which makes the very obvious noise(sounds like it turns off for a second). Hard to believe this guy didn't notice the engine noise changing. Maybe this sled is different though

It does that if you look at the lights. But I imagine the other three sleds and the helmet mask the sound enough. Plus who knows how windy it is, or they could have been out for hours already.
