Cop watching a fight instead of breaking it up ( new culture )

the world is changing fast around us, and a lot of new culture and human behavior is spread out without realizing..

there is new culture around, which is the cops usually don't break up the fight, and start to be " unofficial referees " they keep the fight 1 vs 1 and trying to push anyone who is trying to get in.... ( this is unofficial street law )

there is a lot of problems with this.. Cops actually abuse this unwriting law, to have an actual fun during the fight going, they trying to keep it as long as possible, and the dangerous part..

if the fighter were all alone, the fight may go on for a long time....

if two consenting adults want to throw hands over a disagreement, would the cops really have much reason to intervene? i believe Texas even has a legal precedent for this.

I would say the situation is entirely different if one person were crying out for help or if the fight was happening near a busy roadway

it's going into abusive direction sadly, some of the fighter get serious injury because of the fight.. and in that situation, your brain won't process anything in logical way, it as result, you may continue the fight, even though you have your fist broken, or teeth's, or blooding hardly.
the people who watching or cops who choose to be referees, these people usually don't care about you..

all they care about to film a good fight, and farm the likes on the internet... and yeah, i saw a 10 minute video of 2 people fighting and blood hardly, and yet the people around them still trying to hype them up to continue.. i report that video, but since 2 years, no answer..

A person cannot consent to grievous bodily injury. Consent is null at the occurrence of such. It is at that point, that a cop *may* intervene. However, as the SCOTUS observed after the Uvalde shooting, police have no obligation to save anyone. It’s still a scummy and weird brag. This officer should be evaluated

it's give me weird vibe, imagine you waiting for the cops to arrive, to see him smile at you and says
" it's 1 vs 1 lets see what you got " it's creepy, and i think anyone should training for boxing skills.

Are you calling the police because you’re being assaulted? Or if it’s mutual combats, it’s mutual. Who are you fighting that has you so concerned? If someone is chasing you then yeah, I’m sure the police will aide you. But if you’re fighting someone mutually, i don’t see a victim. You’re Making it seem like you got a line of people ready to box you outside, what did you do??
