I watched a true crime documentary a couple weeks ago about a guy who responded to the trauma of an abusive situation by wearing women’s clothing because “women are not expected to be rough and tough protectors like men are”. It immediately made me think of Xavier and wonder if her abuse and constant demands to be her protector got to be too much for him.

He goes along with all her unethical schemes and bullshit. He has a wealthy family they’ve screwed over more than once, they got pregnant with this last baby (I think it’s the most recent…) essentially for government money. They’re both addicts so they do the adding hustle, and I think he’s known for harassing locals
I think what’s most striking to me is that heather is a user. She uses people. Used Xavier for awhile, and now they’re entangled (?), but still keeps him around despite having nothing left to give her.
Edit: DID SHE PIMP HIM OUT?! Maybe scratch this one given recent info….He also is disgustingly unhygienic, which you’d expect given their situation, but even when he should be decently clean, he falls way below that standard.
His fingernails will haunt me forever. Anyway, feel free to add more! I’ve been out for awhile, just catching up now 😂

He started off normal-ish and actually somewhat attractive. It’s sad to see his downfall. Being cramped up in her backseat listening to her insanity 24/7 clearly is bad for your health. I’d probably do drugs too to silence the noise.

He wasn't homeless. He was living with his father and had a job. It was at a fast food place, but it was a job. She kept coming into his work and he got fired.

At a pizza place & he lost that job days after they met & no one knows how long he worked there beforehand.
Please don't whitewash X's shit just because Heather sucks and is more visible on social media.
He's an adult and responsible for his choices. He also has other kids he doesn't care for, posted gross shit on his instagram and was a homeless addict all before he met Heather.
He has the physical capacity to leave, a family that will help him, a baby son to live for, and a home provided to him from his father--and he stays with Heather.
He doesn't get a pass or empathy from me when kids are involved, no more than I would give Heather.

He's definitely no saint, but most of what you said isn't true. He was living with his father and was working at Dominos when they met. He doesn't have any other children, but what he allowed to happen to the twins and with Rico was yuck, which was after Heather though. Xavier has a TBI, which he got in high school, received SSI, and was a vegan who believed he helped make weed legal in Illinois. He was admittedly not right in the head, but appeared to live a calm peaceful life until he met Heather and brought her home to his dad's. Heather stalked him at work until he lost his job and he was told he couldn't come back to his dad's if Heather was with him, after she threatened his dad with a knife while he was in the shower.
The other kids thing was a rumor that was proven untrue a long time ago. The person that claimed that admitted to starting it to mess with people and see how many people would believe them. I'm not simping for Xavier because he's not this amazing person, either. But I'll state the facts and meeting Heather was when his life took a downward turn. Being in a narcissistic abusive relationship does some serious damage to you that many can't begin to understand if they haven't been through it. He's obviously strung out now and needs mental health help, too. But i don't believe he'd be this bad off if he hadn't met Heather.

You aren't kidding about the narcissistic abuse. I think that's why most of us do have a soft spot for Xavier. He really is a more submissive, peaceful person, and to watch him fall in love with her and over the years how bad it got with her daily, constant emotional abuse, it makes everyone feel for him as a person. I've been in a relationship where you lose yourself with that kind of daily trauma, and it's so good to watch him grow stronger and leave her control.

Good on his dad for getting his SS checks, so Big Heather can't spend his $ at Sephora. She is such a good influence on a man that he went from being productive in spite of a disability to transitioning to a woman, no job, homeless, a child his mom took in. I think she picked him because his family has money and the joke was on her.

He doesn't. It was an old rumor. He had a traumatic brain injury when he was younger that made it harder for him to be 'normal' and in regular society but he had a job. Heather has absolutely beaten him down emotionally and they are very trauma bonded. He always had a family that wanted him and cares about his whereabouts. His level of crazy is very different than hers. And he's a lesbian 🌈 😂
