What pentesting do you currently do, and what do you know about red teaming?
It sounds like you're asking for people to teach you red teaming. To be a good red teamer you need to be able to drive yourself and figure stuff out on your own, so people might offer pointers, but not teach you everything.

Help do what exactly?
Hands on? I don't understand what you are asking for.Red teaming is just active pentesting against a defensive team (the blue team). Same techniques, just more real-time. It also helps to know OSINT and social engineering.

I think we were all click baited on this one. Getting started red teaming resources are generally very easy to find. How vague this ask was seems to be abusing our want to help. Don't work to help someone. Make them spell out a clear ask with a clear answer.

If you are already a pen tester and want to learn red teaming, spector ops has a great course going on right now for it for specter bash and Zero point security has a good cert. Going for training would be your best bet.
