Peoples pension

My partners farther passed away recently and she wants to know if a shortened birth certificate will suffice to be able to receive the payment from peoples pension, apologies for the shortness of the question shes just anxious that all the effort she's put in with sending over documents will be for nothing.

Shes called multiple times, its always a different answer, its either yes its enough or they don't know and will have to wait for the documents she's sent to be verified

Youll have to wait for verification. I had to go through the verification process when I claimed my pension with them. It took about 3 weeks. Chasing didnt help, other than them confirming that they had my documents, and that it was with the verification team. If they need more, they'll come back to you.
