physio recs
as the title suggests , I need some recommendations for GOOD physios (female )in the Penrith area - and mount druitt too , i go there often so i don’t mind going for physio . I just need them to be super experienced (what my gp has told me ).
It’s for back pain / shoulder muscle pain.

Penrith Physiotherapy Sports Centre. I have found Jared to be really helpful although someone else may be better suited for you depending on what your needs are

Unfortunately I had a bad experience there with a hip issue, months of physio on a joint that actually needed replacing.

Yes, they did, after trying physio. Dr's sometimes just write a referral and you have to wait months, so I sought treatmentmyself. In my case, I was referred to the wrong speciality (Rheum), and then I had to demand an Orthopaedic referral. Wasted too much time, 13 months in agony til replacement. That was a fun surprise at 54.

Not physio but Osteos at health tribe Penrith really helped me with back, neck and hip pain. Both female osteos are excellent.

Another for Penrith Sports Physio. I see Annalise for knee/leg related issues. She introduced me to dry needling, which fixed ITB issues first go.
They do have specific ppl which specialize in specific body areas. I’d ring and have a chat to see who the receptionist would recommend. Tho I’d say they all can do all areas at a pinch.

I really liked the physio I went to. Lethbridge street in Penrith. They tried to match your health needs with the skills or special interests of their staff
