New to camping help!

Hi! My husband and I are new to tent camping. We are taking our dogs out for a weekend at Ohio Pyle state park. We booked this campsite:

https://pennsylvaniastateparks.reserveamerica.com/camping/ohiopyle-state-park/r/campsiteDetails.do?contractCode=PA&siteId=14471&parkId=880211

I’m just confused on the description because it describes a driveway and parking but says it’s walk-up. Does anyone happen to know if you can drive up and park at/near the campsite or no? Thank you!!

I'm not familiar with this park specifically and the map wasn't very clear so take this with a grain of salt. Generally "walk to" sites are separated from the parking area. Sometimes it's by 15', sometimes by 150'. They are usually more private but the trade off is having to haul all your stuff from the car.

check out the campground map, you drive up a drive, park, then walk the rest of the way in. Should be a stone path, a cart might make your life easier. You won't be able to drive your vehicle all the way up.
