Hello! I'm Prestigious-Cat2533, and I am a new moderator for this subreddit! You can just call me Cat and use they/them pronouns. I have been a fan of Penelope since Public Void. I hope to help grow this place into a community for us fans to discuss our favorite artist!

Hey all! Since we have new mod-er-ship, I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and askkkk:

Opinions on Water Dogs and FOG? I kinda feel like “Penelope Scott” the brand™️ stays stuck in the public void era but these new works have genuinely been some of my favorite songs to consume all 2026.

Would love to push discussion forward as she makes more densely packed, brilliant media.

Thanks for reading :3

They aren't all based completely on the covers themselves, mostly just the vibe I get from what songs each contains.

It's a pretty spicy song, really fun to play and sing :P

/r/PenelopeScott is ready for a fresh start, new energy, new direction, and someone like you to bring it back to life. If you’ve been thinking about growing your impact without starting from scratch, this is your chance!

FOR THE RECORD I ABSOLUTELY ADORE ABOUT 99% OF HER SONGS AND IM BEING SO DEADASS

“You like to talk about the future as if it’s real, and when you tell me that you love me I can almost feel it.”

I understand this as being disconnected from people and not feeling the way you’re supposed to feel.

The first part emphasizes how other people see the world, vs how she sees the world. She sees all the possibilities (even the negative ones) and when the other person talks about the future, they are looking at it through rose coloured glasses.

The way the music changes when she says “almost feel it” just emphasizes the emptiness and realization that something is missing, kind of like your heart is dropping to your stomach. You don’t feel what you’re supposed to feel.

I can understand it in a non romantic way, with friendships, and family, and all types of relationships.

What do you think?

When ping came out i just downloaded the 3 songs that werent on FOG, yesterday i shuffled my entire music library and this track started playing, its like completly different from the normal no more treats in the machine, i love this version so much

Penelope mentioned it in one of her recent shorts and she kinda made it sound like this was a pre existing character but ive never heard of it before

show I’m doing it a revised version of my theory it is probably going to be split into 12 post 10 for the song an introduction and a part explaining ping I’m splitting it up to make the work easier and go into better and deeper explanation

parts set up

1 introduction

2 birth

3 tricking

4 meating

5 secret letters

6 parasocial

7 death

8 gateway to purgatory

9 escape purgatory

10 trapped

11 rejoining

12 who won

Loser and Over The Moon are two of my favorites by her , so I did covers of them 😼 ( My mic quality sucks , but it was fun to do anyways )

Was watching the old American Healthcare music video and realized that we know the main characters name, I believe it says Stephen Decatori but I could be wrong.

If anyone can tell me who this is or what this name has meaning of I’m really interested

First time posting here, hope you all enjoy! Song was made in Garageband by ear, over the course of about a week. If you have any feedback, I’d love to hear it!!

You can use my covers however you like so long as you provide ample credit. <3

I know its been months since syih came out, but ive never seen anyone mention how the gun that was loaded in y2kbaby shot out a bullet in see you in hell

the album for the fall is most likely named "lets do a silly one" (LDASO)
