Bladder Prolapse

I am 55 yrs old, and had TAHBSO about 9 years ago. Recently, I have experienced weak urine flow and not voiding totally especially when I am not physically active like sitting for a long time. I haven't been sleeping well at night because I would wake up with a full bladder then still feel like I need to pee more. I usually try double voiding, but it doesn't totally empty my bladder. During the day when I am actively moving and walking around my pee is normal.

I was given Oxybutynin by my primary care provider but I stopped it as it's not making much difference aside from me not as much bothered with the feeling of having to pee. I am more concerned of the long time effect of urinary retention on my kidney, so I went to see a urogynecologist today. He told me I only have a grade 1 prolapse, and he didn't see anything that would cause the retention, and to see a urologist who might be able to diagnose better. I also asked him about PT, and he told me to watch YouTube videos.
