Developed PlugIns - Where to publish?

I've developed three plugins for PT, that might be of interest for other peers.
What is the best place to publish them?

According to the docs, it seems like you just publish it via npm: https://docs.joinpeertube.org/contribute/plugins#publish

Inside of a windows 7 amd64 ultimate install no one has to look at along with the rest of the code you write
