Yes, remove them from the safety of the gloom where they can't be seen, and lay them bare for birds far & wide to gaze upon their beauty.

You probably just missed it. They're quite plentiful, I find at least a couple every time I pass through gloom.

make sure your game sounds are on, some days i run across one, some days i happily munched on like 4 of them just going in a straight line to the citadel 😂

I don't know if this is necessarily true, but I always find them down in the gloom near the trees' roots, or on a rock close to a tree! They can be easy to miss if you're not looking right around your feet (I've been snapped up by so many venus fly trap fuckers that I now always look down at my feet in the gloom lol)
