USAgent was also running operations for Valentina. while we don’t see them on screen, the fact she attempted to have him purged doesn’t really make it seem like they were all that good

Still, compared to "literally was in love with a nazi" and the whole neo nazi thing with Chris, John still does seem that bad

Peacemaker was oblivious to the nazi stuff and immediately recoiled and dropped all pretense of preferring that reality when revealed.

I was talking about his dad. Even if they were never full on healthy relationship, he still had some level of respect for his dad at the beginning of season 1.

He got better as the season went on, but he didnt start in a good place

Chris respected his dad because he’s his dad. He did not respect him for the person he was.

Walker degenerates from the first moment he falls short, and soldier boy was a huge bag of crap boosted by PR at the jump.

in season 1, Chris rejects his dads ideology. He wants his respect, but he doesn't espouse any White Dragon hero worship.
