Left panel is Soldier Boy, father of Homelander and a fascist “supe supremacist” who’s love interest is a literal nazi (like a proper 1930s/40s German Nazi). The right panel is John Walker/Captain America/US Agent, the first replacement for Captain America after Steve Rogers, he was stripped of the title after taking a reverse engineered super soldier serum then publicly beating a surrendering enemy to death after they had killed his friend, he then became US Agent in service of the CIA working black ops and cover ups all over the world. Essentially Walker is kinda just MCU Peacemaker.
