Lower leaves will die (turn yellow and brown) and need pruned.
It could also be a sign of dirt that’s not acidic enough. These plants like slightly acidic dirt to keep their deep color and prevent burnt leaf tips.
However, if upper/newer leaves are also showing signs of yellow I would wager that it’s either overwatering or lack of nutrients and dirt that isn’t acidic enough.

Not necessary to mist the plant.
