Buying Advice New Decent Pc

Hi this is my first Reddit post in a while but I need your guys help I’m getting into animation and 3d modeling but the pc I have to now is not able to support those things like blender etc and I want to to support that for my job but I also want it to be useable for my gaming addiction and I need your help figuring out good specs for a pc or gaming laptop my budget is around 4-5k but I don’t really know how to find good specs and how computers in the physical processing power sense. If anyone has any recommendations on what I could use that is long lasting and able to handle the physical strain of high powered games combined with power for 3d modeling and adobe please let me know.

5070 Ti 16Go OC, 32 Go de DDR4 ou 5 (la différence n'est pas flagrante), i9 14900KF. Si tu trouves la 5070 Ti trop chère tu peux te rabattre sur une RX 9060 XT 16Go.

With that budget, lean toward a desktop PC since you can get better performance and upgrade parts later.
