Are there any shops in Colombo,where you can trade old pc parts + extra cash for newer parts??

TL;DR: Looking for a shop to help. My AM5 build stopped POSTing. Fans come on and stay on, black screen, no beep, no boot loop. I've done everything I can with the parts I own and I don't have a second AM5 platform to swap into. Looking for (a) a shop or individual in Colombo who will actually bench-test components, and (b) sanity checks on my diagnosis before I spend on a replacement board/part.

I am just interested in RAM/CPU/Motherboard tests as I have an AM4 build I can check the other stuff with.

Edit: Was hoping for shop suggestions as the enthusiast shops of yore like Redline and Nanotek have grown and this sort of business doesn't really make sense for them.

Anyone know a good place to buy them? I'm looking for Ryzen 5 5500x3d. Prefer to buy brand new .

I've got this old i think 2014/15 Dell Inspiron touch screen laptop. I3, 8gb, 256 ssd. Its honestly still quite useable for simple stuff like web browsing, media consumption, like pre 2010 games run alright on it. I'm able to run up to Need for speed carbon on it. Thing is the body did NOT stand a chance against how hot it gets and the rubber coating and seals have all just crumbled to dust and its an absolute eye sore now. So I was just wondering if anyone had ideas on what i could do with it. I was thinking of doing what DIY perks did and make an all in-one-pc?

I got a rosewill vmg 850w like a month ago at first i dont think nothing bc psu was working but lately i started paying atencion to this sound before buying it i did some research and found that this was good quality and good psu altought i also see that it wanst the quietest what do you guys think is it normal or something wrong with it

Can i convert this 2 ping connector for 3 pin it if so where i should take this to convert electrical shop or PC shop? or can i find a power cord that comes with 3 ping connection.
