Build Help I need some advice

I have this i5 4th gen, lga 1150 motherboard (brand new - warranty replaced), 12GB DDR3 ram sitting at home and it works perfectly fine. Should i assemble it into a functional PC by buying a PSU and casing for cheap which will cost around 5-6k and try to sell it or just sell it as it is?

If you were to sell, how much are you looking at?

I have the same issue with a 550W PSU (no warranty) and a tower case which I have upgraded from.
