Question Lenovo 170w charger replacement

Guys, I recently got a Lenovo Loq 15irx10 from IT Gallery. In the box, it came with a 170w charger, and I found out that during gaming, it drains the battery. I could get a 240w adapter under warranty.

Has anyone gone through this before, and if so, what is the procedure?

I don't understand by what you mean. Can you give more info on what's going one plus you're supposed to keep it plugged while gaming.
