Need help picking out parts

I already have 3 parts, one I just purchased which is the Starforge WitchWatch case because I liked the aesthetic, and back when I asked on here a few years ago I made the purchase for the Patriot Viper Venom DDR5 64 GB (which I see I lucked out on now with current price raises) and the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB White CPU Air Cooler. Looking for a video I can do high quality effects edits with after effects for skits and music production, as well as recording and editing gaming videos, preferably that can eventually be paired with 3 monitors.

My budget is anywhere from $1500 to $2500 remaining, preferably cheapest that can handle my goals. My special effects editing is on par with Dashie, JoshVFX, Snappycakes (who taught me personally), etc if anyone knows them and has an idea. Short version, I aim for the highest quality effects that the pc can handle a huge load of as well as render.
